A Few of My Favorite Things

I just thought I would share a few of my favorite things with you today. For those of you have not yet had the pleasure of meeting them here are my grand kids, Makayla, Davin, and Libby.
We have not had the time lately to get away but we are in the process of planning a trip to Utah for Memorial Day weekend. I will share when we get back.

NHRA Summitt Nationals

Well we did get out of the house this last weekend. Brandyn, Jen, Alex's dad and I spent the day at the race track. Jen had never seen the top fuel cars run. I think that she was surprised. We had a great time.

Well, I think that this blog stuff is pretty cool. I wonder how many other people I can get started.
Wish we had some new places to show, but haven't had time to get away lately. So here are some photos of some places that we have been in the past. I'll share more later.

Memories of the Past

I was looking through some pictures of the Super Run that we went to last year and found these pictures of some cars that reminded me of my youth. If I am not mistaken mom had some cars very much like these.

Trying Something New

Well Hello everyone.

This is not something that I would normally do, however when Lisa decided that she wanted to give it a try , and was asking questions, I figured the best way to answer was to do one myself. Nothing like hands on experience. So, I thought to myself, what a good way to share some of the fun that we have. Please be patient with me as I probably won't be updating as much as the rest of my family does. (Yet).

It was very nice to see all of my family this last month. Too bad it was under the wrong circumstances. I do miss all of you.
